送貨服務 SHIPPING POLICY

  1. 所有金額結算均以港幣作為單位

  2. 購物金額滿港幣1,200元或以上,即可享用免費送貨服務(僅限一個指定送貨地址)。

  3. 確認訂單後3-5個工作天後會安排送貨

  4. 送貨服務僅限於固定地址,服務範圍包括香港島、九龍、新界(偏遠地區:迪士尼公園,赤鱲角,流浮山,龍鼓灘,元朗林村,大埔林村,獅子山,金山,大帽山,大欖,八仙嶺,馬灣,愉景灣,西貢大網仔路以外 及 石澳均不能選擇送貨時段)。

  5. 我們的一般送貨時間為:

星期一至星期五:

送貨時段: 上午9時至晚上6時

  • 根據香港法例,售賣酒精類飲品(令人醺醉的酒類)予18歲以下的人士屬違法行為。因此,我們僅向18歲或以上成年人出售酒精類產品。送貨物品須由年滿18歲或以上人士(需提供身份證明)收取,否則我們將收回酒並嘗試於另一約定時間再行送貨。

  1. All purchases are settled in Hong Kong dollars.

  2. Free delivery is applicable upon purchases of HK$1200 or more, limited to 1 delivery address per order.

  3. Typical delivery time frame is between 3-5 business days after an order is confirmed. 

  4. Delivery can only be made to a fixed physical address. Delivery coverage includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (emote areas such as Disneyland, Chek Lap Kok, Lau Fau Shan, Long Kuo Tan, Yuen Long Lam Tsuen, Tai Po Lam Tsuen, Lion Rock, Kam Shan, Tai Mo Shan, Lam, Baek Sin Ling, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and areas outside Sai Kung's Tai Mongai Road and Shek O will be dependent on availability of logistics provider).

  5. Our regular delivery hours are:

Please note that we do not provide delivery services on Sundays and holidays in Hong Kong, but special delivery arrangements can be made upon request. Don't hesitate to ask!

  • According to Hong Kong legislation, it is illegal to sell alcoholic beverages to individuals under age of 18. Therefore, we only sell alcoholic products to aged 18 and above. Deliveries must be received someone aged 18 or older (proof of identity is); otherwise, we will retrieve the alcohol and attempt to deliver it again at a later agreed time.

退換貨服務 Return & Exchange Policy

  1. 本店所有貨品(紅酒,白酒,香檳,汽酒)一經出售,皆不設退款。(除了沒有存貨,會安排退款)

  2. 本店所有貨品(酒)均以產品文字作準,圖片只供參考,葡萄酒年份會不定期更改,如有查詢,請Whatsapp + 852 6971 9128

  3. 假若閣下收到的產品發現玻璃樽身有破損或有質量問題,請確保於收貨日起計3天內與我們聯絡作出換貨申請,逾期恕不受理。

  4. 客戶需要即時將有質量問題或破損情況立即拍照及透過Whatsapp +852  6971 9128傳送給我們核實。

  5. 如對退換貨政策有任何查詢,請Whatsapp + 852 6971 9128。

  6. 顧客如因收到的產品發現玻璃樽身有破損或有質量問題需要退貨,必須於送貨日起3天內致電 +852 6971 9128 與我們聯絡。

  1. All products (red wine, white wine, champagne, sparkling wine) are non-refundable once sold. (Refunds will only be arranged if the item is out of stock.)

  2. All product information is based on written descriptions; images are for reference only. Wine vintages may change periodically. For inquiries, please WhatsApp +852 6971 9128.

  3. If you receive a product with a damaged glass bottle or quality issues, please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. Late requests will not be accepted.

  4. Customers must immediately take photos of any quality issues or damages and send them to us via WhatsApp +852 6971 9128 for verification.

  5. For any questions regarding the return and exchange policy, please WhatsApp +852 6971 9128.

  6. If customers need to return a product due to a damaged glass bottle or quality issues, they must contact us by phone at +852 6971 9128 within 3 days from the delivery date.
